La ONU ante el ataque a Ucrania

Teniendo en cuenta que en 1945 antes de finalizar la 2ª. Guerra mundial, se fundó la Organización de las Naciones Unidas - ONU, para garantizar el cumplimiento del derecho internacional, el mantenimiento de la paz mundial, la promoción y protección de los derechos humanos, lograr el desarrollo sostenible de las naciones y la cooperación internacional en asuntos económicos, sociales, culturales y humanitarios; considerando que en el preámbulo de la Carta de las Naciones Unidas, documento que rige a la organización, se mencionan explícitamente a las dos guerras mundiales, en estos momentos y como consecuencia de las acciones públicamente conocidas, perpetradas sobre el Estado de Ucrania, por parte de la Federación de Rusia, esta última debe ser excluida de la organización y enfrentada por un ejército multinacional, y sus dirigentes ser capturados, para conducirlos ante la Corte Internacional de Justicia, de la misma ONU.
